I guess we all have heard of it at least.
They are described as little mirrors as they reflect what's happening in your life.
Having its roots in Sanskrit, an ancient language in Hinduism,Chakras are Energy Centers in the human body.
Derived from Sanskrit word which translates as "wheel of light", the physical chakras are the concentration of nerves and energy meridians located at specific points on your body.
The mainstream chakra system is based on a Hindu chakra system that recognizes seven distinct "wheels" or "centers" of energy that are always in motion along the human body's spine.

Your ability to manifest what you want and need in your life starts simply by identifying where you need help or support, then focusing healing on that specific chakra or chakras.
Usually, the hardest thing to do is seeing inside of us without judging or denying our feelings, sentiments or attitude.
Our chakras get out of balance when we shut down and block out information that we resist and do not want to be in touch with.
Blocked energy in our seven chakras can often lead to illness, so it's important to understand what each chakra represents and what we can do to keep this energy flowing freely.
Don't worry if you can't figure out what's holding you back instantly.
Sooner or later, you'll get to the core of it.
