Orders & Payments

Vinaya™ adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Credit Cards- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, JBC and Diner's Club. We also accept Apple Pay.

PayPal - Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Store credit and gift certificates- Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Each gift certificate carries a gift code you can easily enter when completing checkout. 

We recommend for all international orders that you use the Paypal option to process international credit cards. You don't need a Paypal account to use that option! Just choose the Paypal option, and then enter your credit card number.

Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that we ship out was authorized by the cardholder. If your order is placed on hold, we will reach out to you right away to ensure that the delays are minimal.

Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancellation and/or modification. Contact a customer service specialist via email at or give us a call at 1.844.701.3064 to start this process.

Don't panic! First, and foremost check your spam folder - sometimes your first order isn't recognized by your email service provider. If you still can't find a confirmation, reach out to a customer service representative at to have your confirmation resent.

Shipping & Delivery

For all domestic orders within the continental United States:

Orders less than $70 = $4.95 Flat Rate Shipping

Orders $70+ = FREE Shipping

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to and what is being shipped.

We are preparing to process your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping and payment information next.

This part is very important!
Take a moment to double check your delivery address. We follow the address you provided to a "t." To ensure your package arrives at the correct destination, and in a timely fashion, confirm your delivery address and instructions. You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to modify your delivery address.

We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.

Please note:It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system. 

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

Please allow a processing time of 2 to 3 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship. With larger products, it may take a little longer to pack and ship your order; we want to ensure your product arrives safe and sound! During shopping peak periods, processing time may take longer. 

Vinaya does not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays. Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of placing your order. Occasionally, orders will take longer depending on stock availability. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. 

Failure to pay your import duties automatically disqualify your order for any refund or partial refund consideration. 

After an order leaves our warehouse in Denver, Colorado we have very little control of how long your package will take to be delivered, and we have even less control of "where" your package will be delivered at your home.

If you run into this issue, we suggest opening a claim with your postal carrier. We always recommend calling your local number (if you can't find it online, call the "1-800" number and ask for the direct line).

After filing a claim, and receiving a verdict (meaning they lost your package), request a refund from the carrier.

A customer service specialist will be waiting for you at to ship you a brand new package. When you place that order (with the refund from your postal carrier) we will process your order as expedited to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We're so sorry! Sometimes postal carriers aren't as delicate with our packages as we would like, and sometimes there are small defects in our products since they're made by humans!

Not a problem, if your product has damage or a defect, contact a customer service specialist via email at! We will quickly process a replacement, and have it sent to you as quickly as possible!

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Vinaya order! We offer hassle free returns for our bracelets, necklaces, pyramids, and crystals within 60 days of the date your package was delivered. 

The merchandise must be shipped back to us within that 60-day window. 

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All earrings, bath and body products, sprays and mists, candles and clearing tools (sage sticks, incense cones and sticks and resins) are final sale and not eligible for return.  

All Sale Items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. 

If there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy crystals!

A customer service will reach out to you within 5 business days of receiving your form, and process any information you provided.

Once we receive your return, and it has been processed, we will refund your original method of purchase.

Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility to process - they are logged into our system every Thursday.

Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Products & Crystals

First, we hate crap! After watching other crystal companies put out subpar products, we took matters into our own hands.

We cut on margins to make sure we deliver you high-quality products using premium materials. 

They are made soft for comfort and are known for their quality, durability and great look so you can feel the energy when you wear them! 

First you want to cleanse your crystals. Then you want to set your intention for your crystal or jewelry. Once you’ve done both of those things, you can explore the different ways to use crystals.

Once you've received your orgone or jewelry, it's important that you cleanse it to clear the energy of the many hands that touched it before you.

We recommend running a new crystal under clean water and then placing it outside under the sun or moon for a few hours.

Next, light some sage or palo santo on a charcoal and infuse the orgone or jewelry in the sacred smoke.

Lastly, to clear any lingering or stagnant energy in the crystal, place it in a room with high-vibrational music playing like mantras, or use one of our tuning forks.

We find this simple four-step process of water, sun or moon energy, sacred smoke, and music cleanses the crystals on a multi-vibrational level.

We do not recommend that you wear your jewelry in water or getting it wet repeatedly. Overtime, water and moisture can break down the stringing materials used to create your piece and cause it to break.
